Repair Guarantee

We guarantee our repair work for 90 days. If you experience the same issue within this period and it's related to our repair work, we will fix it at no charge.

Diagnostic Fees

Our diagnostic fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of testing and identifying the problem with your device, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available if we are unable to repair your device to working condition or if we caused damage during the repair process. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of service completion.
