Do you offer pickup and delivery?

We offer convenient pickup and delivery services for customers in the Little Rock metropolitan area. There may be a small fee depending on your location. Contact us to arrange pickup, and we'll handle the rest.

Can you fix water-damaged electronics?

Yes, we can often repair water-damaged devices, but early intervention is crucial. Turn off the device immediately, don't try to power it on, and bring it to us as soon as possible. We have specialized equipment to clean corrosion and restore functionality.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We also offer financing options for major repairs over $500.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes! We provide free diagnostic estimates for all electronics. We'll call you with the diagnosis and repair cost before proceeding with any work. There's no charge for the diagnostic, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.

Can I track the progress of my repair?

Absolutely! We'll provide you with a repair ticket number, and you can call us anytime during business hours for an update. We also send text notifications when your device is ready for pickup, keeping you informed throughout the process.
